Regency Mahogany Arm Chair

Absolutely perfect Regency mahogany arm chair, circa 1820, we haven’t had one this lovely for a while now. Curved reeded arms join finely turned supports. The open back has an unusual cross bar with central brass mount & concave tear drops. Beautiful patina. A couple of old repairs as you can see, but restored and ready to use again.

It measures 515mm wide x 440mm deep and is 855mm high. The seat height is 460mm.

The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.

When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.
