Mahogany Scottish Chest Circa 1880
Fantastic large Scottish Chest. Circa 1880. Beautiful glowing Mahogany with bookmatched drawer fronts shaped frieze drawer to the top and gorgeous turned handles with centres of mother of pearl.
They measure 1280mm wide x 530mm deep x 1420mm high.
The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.
When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.
If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
