Late 18th Century Georgian Oak Dresser Base
Georgian oak dresser base. Late 18th century. Mahogany crossbanding to the draw and cupboard fronts. Lovely warm color with original brass handles. The bottom draw is a dummy which was common on dressers of this age.
It measures 1650mm wide x 490mm deep x 910mm high.
The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.
When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.
If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
