Large Pine & Cedar Bookcase/Cabinets Circa 1940

$2,400.00

Fantastic large bookcase/cabinets, originally from a church in Lancashire, UK.

They are Pine with Cedar inserts to the doors. Circa 1940. Glazed upper sections with three shelves in the top and two in the bottom. They are adjustable.

They are rustic, have a waxed finish and have little quirks to them. They have little gaps where the two cabinets join as the timber has changed over the years.

We have another identical pair like this, and can be joined together to make one long cabinet.

It measures 2100mm wide x 270mm deep x 1875mm high.

The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.

When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.

If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
