Georgian Mahogany washstand. Circa 1810. Fine quality, the top having space for a washbowl & cups, pretty apron single drawer below. Raised on square legs with a pretty fretwork stretcher , shelf. Oak linings to the drawer. It could be used as a plant stand or even a bedside table where a narrow piece was needed.
It measures 331mm wide x 328mm deep x 795mm high
The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.
When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.
If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
