Edwardian Empire Chair

Delightful Edwardian Empire chair. Circa 1905. Exceptional quality to the carving and beautiful curved back. These don’t come up very often.

The rattan has been damaged and is in need or replacement or upholstery. But a chair of this quality deserves to be restored.

It measures 450mm wide x 435mm and is 925mm high. The seat height is 405mm.

The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.

When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.

If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
