Antique Welsh Grass Roller

Antique Welsh grass roller. What a beautiful piece of hardware. Cast iron with decorative handle and remnants of original paint. And rolls very well. It is designed so it stands upright when you leave it.

We laid new lawn a couple of years ago and hired a roller, it was a modern version of this and was terrible. This is far superior, which is why we love antiques!!

It measures 610mm across and is 1300mm high.

The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.

When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.

If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
