18th Century Oak Coffer

Beautiful 18th Century Oak Coffer of good colour & patina.

Warm English Oak with three inlaid Ebony diamonds to the top and front. Someone has nicely carved a cheeky 16th C date to the front panel, but that is a little optimistic :)

It measures 1250mm wide x 525mm deep x 630mm high.

The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.

When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.

If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
